President & Founder
Lev Cooper is the President and Founder of Cooper Capital, a real estate investment firm based in Williston, North Dakota specializing in multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use assets in high-growth markets.
With over 15 years of business experience, Lev built his career in the oil and gas industry, rising from entry-level roles to President of Dynamic Well Services, Inc. — a role he has held since 2018 and continues to lead today. At Dynamic Well Services, he manages operations, leads teams, and oversees millions in revenue for one of the region’s leading oilfield service providers.
In 2021, while running Dynamic Well Services, Lev began investing in real estate as a Limited Partner on four properties totaling over 1,000 apartment units. That experience ignited a deeper passion for real estate investing and led to the founding of Cooper Capital.
Since then, Lev has been a General Partner on six deals — including the Williston Industrial Complex series (WIC 01, WIC 02, and WIC 03), Ridgeview Estates, and Downtown LLC, three mixed-use buildings located in downtown Williston — and co-owns Apartments on 16th alongside local partners. His portfolio spans multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use assets in Williston, ND, one of the strongest markets in the country driven by energy, agriculture, and infrastructure.
Cooper Capital has raised over $2 million in investor capital, distributed hundreds of thousands in returns, and continues to grow its portfolio with a disciplined, investor-first approach.
Lev and his wife Molly live in Williston, North Dakota, where they are raising six children — three of whom have grown into adulthood — and are currently flipping the largest house in the city.
On January 24, 2025, Lev gave his life to Jesus Christ — a defining moment that has shaped every area of his life since. His faith drives the way he leads his family, serves his investors, and builds his businesses. He believes that integrity, stewardship, and putting others first are not just good business principles — they are the foundation of a life well lived.
Lev is passionate about creating generational wealth through real estate, helping others invest passively alongside experienced operators, and living out his purpose with faith at the center of everything he does.
